We are delighted to tell you that our store has now opened. While it has not been possible to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or special occasions in the normal way, Rakam is ready to provide you with some sparkle again.
Our Services
Home Delivery
We are continuing to offer couriered home delivery for all jewellery orders. For any purchase above Rs 25,000 within 50 kilometres of our store, we will send a Rakam representative to make the delivery.

Virtual Appointments
Virtual appointments with one of our sales team (via Zoom, Teams or Whatsapp) can easily be arranged. This bespoke one-to-one service will enable you to see our beautiful jewellery up close, and help you to make your selection.

Home Delivery
Home appointments can be arranged for all existing customers. One of the team will bring a selection of jewellery to your home for you to choose from.
Social distancing will be observed in line with the Rajasthan Government’s recommendations.
Design Consultation
We are pleased to be able to offer virtual design consultations for bespoke requests with a one-to-one discussion via phone, email or video conference with a senior member of the Rakam design team.
